Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) Group has opened the doors of its scientific facilities for flood affected people in Swat, Dera Ismail Khan, Sukkur, Mirpur Khas, Larkana, Hyderabad, Malir-Karachi and Quetta.
